PROFESSIONAL from the beginning to the end. I was very impressed with their collective knowledge of the roofing and the insurance business. They made a very persuasive claim presentation to the insurance company adjuster…so good… that I sent it on to my neighbors… who agreed and signed up with Sparrow too! I did my due diligence and found that their former customers were VERY pleased with the quality of their product and workmanship. My new roof and gutters look Great! I had a couple roofers knock on my door and tell me I probably had storm damage, but I didn’t really trust them. My dentist gave me Sparrow Exterior’s information and I had them come out. They not only found damage, but took pictures for me so I could see what was going on. Our roof had Atlas Chalet shingles which turns out are discontinued. They weren’t pushy and just seemed like good guys. I still checked out their Better Business Bureau rating and researched them and found they were exactly what they said they were. My adjuster said he didn’t need a roofer to meet with him, but I wanted someone there with him I could trust. I had Warren meet our adjuster and less than an hour later I was holding a check to replace our roof.
We had Sparrow Exteriors look at our roof. They told us our shingles had been discontinued and that they found storm damage to our roof. We took their advice and called our insurer. They met with our adjuster, showed him the damage and convinced our insurance company to replace the whole roof! The work was superb and the clean up was everything they promised. We love our new roof and can’t recommend this company enough!
Awesome Roofing job My wife and I had our new roof installed last week using, Warren , with Sparrow Exteriors. He came to me and explained all my options with a high degree of knowledge. My wife picked out a color and a type of shingle that of course over ran the budget by a long shot. However, Warren was able to work with the suppliers, and the insurance company’s figures to give us exactly what we wanted within budget. The work was professionly done and performed in a timely fashion, with NO issues. Even my little dog’s house looks awesome! I would highly recommend them as the number one roofing company in Atlanta.
Extremely Satisfied I had new roof installed by Sparrow Exteriors and couldn’t be more satisfied with the end result. The work was completed in just one day, the workmanship is faultless and when completed the clean up was such that you wouldn’t have known an old roof had been removed and a new one installed. Both Warren and Joel always responded promptly and regularly showed up to monitor and inspect the work done by his crews. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sparrow Exteriors.
Outstanding These guys are an outstanding operation. I worked with Warren MCGrew and Don. First, they were far more knowledgeable than my insurance company’s so-called approved contractors. We currently use one of the largest insurance companies in the world and they were outmatched by Sparrow. Second, my insurance company wanted to do a cheaper repair, not a total. I have a 60k cedar roof. A repair would of looked ridiculous – with new cedar embedded with 6 year old grayed cedar. My community originally had homes priced upwards of 1.5M before the market correction to give an idea of our area. Warren was able to educate my Fortune 500 insurance company to get the roof totaled, therefore, getting us a complete new roof. Third, my insurance company did everything they could to not pay market rates on materials and labor. They employed every tactic in the book and we caught them in numerous lies and retractions. Only due to Warren’s experience were we able to respond immediately to each event and check them at every turn. My insurance company dragged this negotiation out over 4 months and Sparrow stood by us every step of the way. The work was excellent and the clean-up was very professional. Bottom line is that these guys do exactly what they say they will do, on time and ultimately do excellent work. I really give 5 stars to a vendor, but these guys earned it.
A neighbor referred Sparrow Exteriors to us, so we had them look at our roof. Joel found wind and hail damage. The shingles our builder installed on all the homes in our subdivision have since been discontinued and we were a little nervous as to how our insurance company would treat us. Joel came back out and met with our adjuster. At first the adjuster only wanted to allow for a lesser quality shingle, but Joel successfully negotiated a complete replacement with a shingle that was better than what we originally had. Great job!
